Mutton Biryani Recipe in Urdu

 Mutton 1kg 
Namak 1.5 khanay ka chamach 
Cooking Oil 1/3 cup 
Chawal ½ kg 
Lehsan 1.5 khanay ka chamach 
Adrak 1.5 khanay ka chamach 
Piyaz 4 adad 
Dahi 3 cup 
Pisi laal mirch 3 khanay k chamach 
Garm masala 2 khanay k chamach 
Timatar 1 adad 
Lemon 2 adad 
Zeera 1.5 khanay ka chamach 
Dhaniya 1.5 khanay ka chamach 
Kewrah ¼ cup 
Aalo 3 adad 
Peela rang 1/3 chaye ka chamach

Garm tail main piyaz, adrak aur lehsan fry kar lain. 
Ab is main mutton, laal mirch aur haldi shamil kar k taiz aanch per 10 minute k liye fry karain. 
Is k baad 2 litter pani aur namak daal kar halki anch per itni dair pakain k gosht achi tarah gal jaye. 
Phir is main zeera, dhaniya aur dahi shamil kar k taiz aanch per pakain, itna k paani khuskh hojaye. 
Aalo ko alag sy thora ubaal lain aur zarday ka rang shamil kar k qormay main daal dain. 
Pisa garm masala, timatar, lemon aur kewrah daal kar cholah band kar dain. 
Bheegy chawalo ko namak milay ublay paani main ubaalain aur nathar kar chawal qormay main shamil karain. 
Oper sy zarday ka rang daal kar taiz aanch per rakhain. 
Bhaap bannay per halki anch per 15 minute k liye dam per chhor dain. 
Taiyar honay per garm garm serve karain.
